May 2025 - Huntington County Plan Commission will review the ordinance proposal from the Huntington County Commissioners and determine whether or not to accept or reject the new proposed Solar Ordinance.

April 30, 2025 - Huntington County Commissioners will review ordinance proposal from Ice Miller and forward to the Huntington County Plan Commission.

April 4, 2025 - Final ordinance recommendations due to Huntington County Commissioners. Commissioners will review and forward recommendations to an appointed land use attorney at Ice Miller.
